Its a very long drive through vey bad road and lots of Jam on the way. It was a bad option to visit this lake.

We Visited Tsomgo lake in February. The climate was cold. Mountains surrounded by lake was covered beneath the sheet of snow. The view of mountains and lake was amazing.

When we visited the place was fully covered with snow. We got a wonderful view of Tsomgo lake. We could do tracking and reached the other side of lake. unbelievable beauty.

Went there in Rainy Season hence could not find ice/snow but the lake is really good. A must visit place if you are going to Sikkim.

Yes.... I guess the weather would be good as the snow gets melted by May at most of the places. I visited the place in Feb and there was snow present at most of the places. Just be careful as there are lots of disturbances... More

no chance. plan for 1st week of nov or after mid of march to get snow/ice.
