The cathedral of our lady of Immaculate Conception was built in the year 1781 by the French missionaries.The approach to the church gives a very peaceful & serene look.

One of the top 3 cathedrals and a must visit when in Pondy. We went during the evening mass and hence didn't move much inside lest we disturb the devout but that didn't deter us from absorbing the beauty of this monument. Its a Must...More

Another nice church. We heard mass here on Sunday. It is also historical and is well maintained. The church dates back to a couple of 100 years ago and its good to see the faithful still come here to pray.

Good place for gaining peace and silence. Must-visit in Pondicherry! It is closed in the afternoons. Very beautiful and clean too.

It is ancient and a heritage holy place. Beautiful building and well maintained, It is closed for visitors between 12 to 3 in noon. hence, plan your visit suitably
