The beach is an option among others. Approach is easy while Cleanliness is average. The rock pile is a good place to relax , meditate .

normally in India nobody would check anything in hotel, however if the hotel is a bit religious minded one which should be mentioned in its website in case they ban liquor. if not just do as u wish

depends what you are looking for. But in any place you must be very careful: it is going deep very fast and sometimes there are huge waves that might suck you into the ocean.
