All great cities have great parks and Bharati Governement Park in Pondicherry is a great park indeed. In its very heart is the Aaya Mandapam. There are also numerous gardens and plantings and playgounds for the children.

Pondi is a small place and you love waking and enjoying the French colony , you would love to sit in this Park to rest for a while. Usually very crowded over weekend full of greenery.

A lovely park, well maintained for walkers and nature lovers a must visit in Pondy. A relaxing ambience with plenty of old trees and chirping birds is a place to spend some quality time.
