    AVOID
Wow absolutely shocking to say the least. We spent £3,000 on a VIP table to then have our table divided into 4 sections - so basically 4 different groups of people on ONE TABLE. All these want is your money and don’t care about if you have space to dance or enjoy yourself. Discusting customer service

Returned to Ibiza clubbing scene after 30 years
Chose Hi Ibiza club on David Guetta night. Music, sound, lighting, effects were amazing. Unfortunately the amount of people they stuffed in the place totally spoilt the experience. It was impossible to move, leave alone dance. There are different rooms, so we kept moving around to find some space to dance. The room were David Guetta was playing was SO OVERCROWDED, it actually felt unsafe. Overall, what could have been an amazing experience has turned into a bit of a disappointment. Not to mention extortionate prices, rude staff and unsafe environment. I don’t mind paying if you get an experience to remember but not in this case, I am afraid.

    Not the Glitterbox of old
We have been to Glitterbox at hi in past years and loved it. Unfortunately this time it way way over sold. What was a predominantly gay slightly older night has become so popular that the teenagers have taken over!! Hate to hate on the youth but that night was like going to bar/club in magaluf or malia. Gutted as the music is amazing.

    Way Too Overcrowded
I was looking forward to this since I bought the tickets. Love David Guetta and was looking forward to seeing him live. The venue was sooo overcrowded. A safety hazard. Impossible to move. We were a group of 8, including 4 of us who were parents. Happy I was there, in case there was an emergency. Club definitely needs to lower their occupancy rate. Hopefully will catch Guetta in the future, in an environment where his music can be enjoyed.

A nice club, yet another RIP OFF (especially in July)
I booked to see Black Coffee. Did I see him? Not even a glimpse. It was so crowded that I could barely even dance or stand in a place. I got shoved 282939 times. Then we went into the secret garden room and decided to stay there. Luckily, Damien Lazarus was playing and we enjoyed our night. If you don’t have enough capacity for all of these people to come and enjoy their night, then stop letting people in! I gave this place 3 stars because the club IS nice, yet the administration needs to think more about its’ clients safety and stop letting massive of people in. When I asked a few friends who have been to Ibiza at different times, they said July and August are always busy and disappointing.

    Overcrowded and overpriced
Went to see Eric Prydz, Holo. Could not see him or the show as so overcrowded. Ended up having to try a different room after an hour because of how busy it was, unfortunately all the rooms were the same. They clearly always let too many people in. Would never go here again.

    Great club but overcrowded.
The club is absolutely insane!! I did enjoy this until it became overcrowded!!! We prebooked, therefore skipped the queue. Pay at the door queue was never ending so if you do plan to come, pre book. There were queues even when we left(4:00)!!! And the the reason why we left? Overcrowded. No crowd control whatsoever. I guess it is all about the money and not safety. Such a shame.

    Started well…..
First time at Hi. Started really well, busy but ok as it looked like security had it all well controlled. We were at the stage side entrance, right up until David Guetta coming on. At that point the security decided to allow all the people who were queuing outside to get stage side in, creating a huge crush we left the side the only way possible by pushing against the crush! Saving as many around me as possible. We spoke to the security and advised them of what was happening, the response was if you don’t like it don’t go in! After speaking to people in the garden area, others had clearly had the same experience. I’ve been going to Ibiza for the past 20 years and seen every DJ possible, going to every big club on the island including DC10, Privilege and Ushuaia. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had, bring back Space I say! Also on a note to the poor security teams, I was walking through the garden area and witnessed one guy snorting coke of the back of his phone, I am well aware of the drugs that’s are in Ibiza but again have never seen it so brazen in front of your clearly incompetent security team.

    To many people
my 2 friends and I went to Hi on Fridays night 01.10.2023 to see David Guetta we arrived at around 2am there was just SO many people their. You could not dance on the dance floor at all people were standing shoulder to shoulder. People were pushing you in the back from behind. People were falling over and getting hurt. I felt very unsafe. I feel disappointed about paying a 90Euro cover charge and per drink 25Euros and this is what you get.. If you have the money, I would recommend VIP.

    A real mixed bag experience
Went to the Holo closing party solo and had a real mixed experience. Agree with everyone that said it was overcrowded - in the Theatre couldn’t even dream of getting anywhere except the edges which was fine because I wouldn’t want to be struggling to breathe in the middle of the crowd. Thinned out a lot after Prydz’ set, but crazy that you have to wait until 5am to have space to dance. Re. the staff I actually thought they were very good. Lady working in the toilets was very nice and helped a few girls I saw in a bad way, I had to ask the bouncers questions and they were helpful, and other staff came round often and cleared the floors of bottles and cups. Music-wise, I’ve seen Eric Prydz before and by comparison this felt too polished and curated, didn’t enjoy it so much because of this. Adam Beyer was better but still felt commercial - understandable because it’s a mainstream club. A lot of posers there who clearly didn’t care one bit about the music and more about what they can post on Tik Tok so didn’t really like the crowd so much, but then again it’s to be expected. Overall, fine to experience once but I won’t be back.

Hello everyone , i visited ibiza especially to see Black Coffee performing at Hi Ibiza , it was totally a didaster , i just gave 1 star because we can't give 0 , they are oversellers and they don't give a **** about the clients , imagine more thnan 1000 ppl in a club , real disaster and drinks are so expensive : 27€ for a simple drink ( vodka tonic ) , i really don't recommand this place !

Do not enter this club. It's unsafe it's overcrowded. Multiple organised crime groups are operating within this club. I witnessed multiple occasions of pickpocketing to myself and group members. These groups prey on club-goers looking to have a good time, if you do go please leave any valuables at your hotel. I had to put my money in my shoes that's how bad it is.

The club was extremely overcrowded to an extend that dancing is impossible and leaving (at ca 3.30am) took around 15min fighting through more guests that are pushing into the club.
No idea if there are no safety restrictions on Ibiza but this is set to end in a mass panic sooner or later…
Btw drinking and dancing is impossible so no reason to go there!

Paid for VIP. Total waste of money. It’s basically the normal club equally as overcrowded not worth the 300 per person. May as well go general admin.

Travelled from UK to Afterlife closing party and we were barely able to move due to overcrowding. I know the clubs in Ibiza get busy but lasy night was the worst i've ever seen in over 20 years of visiting Ibiza. The club owners/organisers need to take note as it was a dangerous environment. We were crushed in the main room and it was so warm. Could hardly breathe let alone dance. Couldn't see Tale of Us as we had to leave early due to the club being so overcrowded and warm. Spend most of the night in the beer garden and by 2am even that got unbearable as there was nowhere to move. It has put me off ever going back to the club again. Waste of €90.

Had the worst night of the holiday at this club because the tickets were clearly oversold and it was dangerously overfilled. People constantly pushing and shoving, the experience was terrible. Impossible
to dance, impossible to see the DJ you’ve paid to see.
We spent the whole night right at the back unable to see anything and even then we were getting pushed and shoved around. We were even like sardines trying to get around the corridors. Absolutely disgusting considering the club calls itself number 1 in the world. I’ve been coming to Ibiza for 11 years in a row and I can tell you now this is not the number 1 club. It’s last on the list and everyone in Ibiza feels the same.
First and last time we will go here.
£90 to get pushed and shoved around all night. Drinks are also STUPIDLY overpriced, didn’t enjoy one bit.
The club clearly don’t care about the customer experience.
Selfish ticket selling.
Save your money guys and go elsewhere. Disgusting!!!!

Hired a private table and seated area. VIP treatment was exceptional. Fantastic service and the team really looked after us. Glitterbox was an amazing evening of completely euphoric music and dj-big and dance. Love love loved every second. Thanks for taking good care of us.

I paid 90euros for the AfterLife party on Thursday the 5th of October . I went there at 12.30 the place was packed and the queue outside was so big . Basically inside nobody could fit in anymore to hear the music . everybody was annoyed outside - I literally left after 15min . My friends stayed one for Pushed by the crowd fainted in the middle of the dancing room. The worse experience ever , I want the refund - let’s see if they answer ! why you sell so many tickets if you don’t have enough venue to fit these people in . Literally outrageous! Pasha and Ushuaia at least they are in the open also they don’t let too many people in . Hi Ibiza disappointed big style !
