A pleasant couple of hours on a golf cart buggy on railway lines, experiencing the Dargaville countryside. A couple of brief stops along the way where John explained some history and information about the area. A tea stop at Tangowahine with a selection of date,...More

Thanks to John and Dave for a memorable day. This has ticked off my 93 year old dad bucket list as he had many memories on the Tangowahine track. The homemade scones was delicious with a hot coffee.
Myself and my husband did the 2.5 hour return trip to Tangowahine. It was a beautiful trip, the guides were awesome. The scones and coffee at the halfway point were delicious. We now want to go back and do the full 7.5 hour trip! Definitely...More
