Free parking, covered shopping area. Nice collection of shops and cafes. Clean toilets. A bit of the beaten track so not overly busy. Great to be able to look at the Marina whilst taking a break from shopping.

Wonderful shopping centre and restaurant collection, looking out over the Broadwater. It is very nice to walk among the boats and discover the little chapel! Right next to Versace to go and have a look at as well
Great place to shop for unusual items...
Always something to buy even when your not looking... great for both guys and girls!
Parking is easy and convenient.
Lots of places to rest up and have a coffee or pop into one of the superb restaurants...More
