Great day ...we had Groupon vouchers for a 2 hour visit. Mr 12 enjoyed it. Only downside is waiting in line with lots of people . 2 hours not long enough if there would have been more people. Maybe they could stagger time slots so that there is a limit on people in a 2 hour slot so that everyone gets enough turns. A lot of time can also get wasted if you fall off on the other side of the lake and you have to walk back. However on a good note, great facilities, with cafe and shade areas to sit. Would come back!

Tried to book a 12 month pass after being at park today.
$1350 is advertised price, when you go to pay $1413. Adds on an almost $70 booking fee.
Ridiculous.
If you try buy 2 it doubles the booking fee. This is insane for online booking. No labour involved
Shame on them

Being charged for a nearly 5 year old grandson and not informed that children under 5 cannot use the park and rather have to play in the castle. Being charged $25 to basically sit in the water and supervise grandson and paid $25 for him. Told by manager that it was my fault I should have asked the girl at the checkout if he was old enough to go on the park. I responded by saying that was her job to say hey if anyone is under 5 they can’t go in the park. Manager didn’t handle the situation very well was argumentative and blaming me. Great water park but be aware that if your kids are under 5 they won’t be getting on that park and neither will you as you will be supervising your child on the castle which my grandson got bored of within 5 minutes. Staff need some further training and advise people of this. When you sign the waiver they have everyone’s dates of births so it’s not like they don’t know. But happy to take your dollars!

No overly friendly staff on the front counter. Also this place is not for the safety conscious, board riders trying to avoid people swimming back to the edge that have fallen off. Wouldn't surprise me if someone drowns at this place.
I paid for the 2 hour intro, but after paying was told that only 1hr is included as instruction then you must go the the open water, this wasn't the best idea for my 7yo, asked for more time as instruction for the second half of my 7yo 2 hours to be told I need to book another 2 hr session to do that.

Do not take children to the Aquapark in Oxenford Qld it is in a disgraceful condition. The obstacles have mould and dirt all over them, most are covered in large amounts of bird faeces and many parts deflated. It’s an unhealthy environment for kids and its clear to see why it’s unpopular and empty most days. The Southport park is a far better choice if you are looking for an aquapark.

Rented equipment and bought a two hour cable pass. Under an hour into our session the cable broke down. The operator's could not fix it and the cable was shut. Asked for a partial refund or if we could have a discount if we came back tomorrow. Very disappointing to spend that amount of money on under an hour's worth of skiing and to not even be able to be given any sort of compensation if we were to come back the next day.

Disappointed in the wait times. Being beginners we only had 2 attempts in one hour as we couldn't get up straight away. Instructions from staff were poor. If you fall off straight away you have to go line up again and watch experience people do up to 8 laps! There should be a limit to 2 laps. Spent $45 for 2 attempts...not good value for money. Will come back if they are stricter on lap limits to make it more fair and wait times less...

Nicky, Thank you so much for your feedback! We have some very exciting ing news for you. Our second cable has just left Germany and will be full installed before Christmas. This means the wait times will be a fraction of what they were on the weekend as we will have a whole cable dedicated to beginners and first timers. We will also run the new cable 4 Klms per hour slower so the take offs and corners are easier. We hope this makes you happy and if it wasn’t for feedback like yours the second cable would not be happening. We really appreciate you words thank you so much! Daniel

We had a good morning out wakeboarding. The setup is good and there is a popular cafe for refreshments. All the equipment (boards, life jackets, helmets) were in good condition. The big downside was that it was so busy that we only got x4 turns in 2 hours. The majority of our time was spent lining up to get a turn. It would be better if they restricted the number of people in each session - so that everyone gets their money worth.

My partner bought herself and me a 1 hour groupon pass as a birthday present. We unfortunately went on a Sunday which seemed extremely busy. We are beginners and due to the amount of people only got 2 short goes each. I understand that this was Groupon certificate however it still cost 40 dollars each and for 2 goes seems ridiculous.

This would not have been so bad however the staff member on arrival was completely unhelpful and uninterested in us at all. She was far more interested in flirting with what seemed to be regulars. I understand regulars deserve more attention however you won’t get anymore regulars if you treat first timers like rubbish.
We were told to sign in and come back at our session time. When we came back again it was as if we were interrupting her day by getting served. I asked for a bigger helmet and with no eye contact or communication she snatched the one I had and dumped another one on the bench. She then said without looking at us off you go have fun.

We figured out where to go and helped ourselves to jackets and boards that we assumed were ok. The guys down at the launch pad were trying their best but it just seemed as though there was too many people.

Have taken the kids to the aquapark a couple of times and they love it. The staff were really friendly too. Not as busy as the other one so better value here.
