We were recommended this winery by Donkey Brewery after doing a beer tasting there. We turned up without a reservation and were seated right on the beach. We were talked through our options and chose to do the tasting of four wines but swap out...More

Quiet setting beside the water is instantly relaxing with some great local wine, in a very non-rushed setting. We arrived un-announced at opening and were welcomed to a gorgeous setting by the sea, accomodating our somewhat distracted 3 year old. The lady who was serving...More

Gaia winery has a beautiful location right on the water by the sea which makes for a wonderful wine tasting experience. Gaia has its own wines and in particular the Assyrtikos are noteworthy and worth a tasting. During the busy season you'll need reservations, but...More

While in Santorini I visited 3 wineries one day. Due to my philosophy that recognizes differences in individual tastes, I will not revue the wines, but rather the visit. Gaia Winery is located seaside, not far from the airport. The place is lonely and quiet...More

I don't understand some of the critical reviews on here. We walked from Kamari to the winery which took about 25 minutes. It's located right by the beach which made the experience even better. We tasted 4 wines each and this only cost 12e in...More

Visited here as part of winery tour. Staff polite but seemed an effort to serve us and felt like we were distracting them. Wine good and views amazing.

Wines were great and fantastic location. However, we weren't acknowledged promptly and not asked if we wanted to pair it with food as I think they had a wine tour coming.

We came here right after getting off the plane and collecting our car. It was the perfect way to wind down and settle into island life. We spent over an hour here sitting and watching the waves while knowledgeable staff brought us several delicious wines....More

Great selection of wines. The staff were excellent and attentive and knowledgable. We did a tasting session with food that cost about £35 per head. We sat on the beach front for 2 hours and had a great afternoon. The food was tasty and the...More

I would be very surprised about booking; we just drove them mid morning and in early June, we were the only visitors. Its very reasonable to both eat here with local cheeses/olives and a tasting. I think it came to well... More

We used Christos private driving company to take us around to the wineries and whatever else we wanted. Totally worth the cost. His company is black-pearl.gr
