We did not book a wine tour, just turned up & selected 2 glasses of wine. The staff were lovely & explained the wines to us. We were given free accompanying snacks & water. The setting of Gaia wines looking towards the sea & other islands is lovely, although when we were there they were working on installing a pipe for another desalination plant, so a boat with a crane was in the middle of the view. Not that it disturbed us, we were still able to enjoy the wine, vista & atmosphere. It is unfortunate that the road & surrounding buildings leading to Gaia wines is run down. As we walked there from Kamari we wondered if had come to the right place!

The experience is a must do, if ever visit Kamari. The views are spectacular and the wines are delicious. We were really happy that we went for the 8 wines. The experience itself is just very fascinating and also the history and the understanding of the process and he difference between colours, aromas and flavours. The service, the view, the wine and the overall experience was definitely a 10 out of 10.

This is a great location, right on the beach and you get to try some wines. We did the 8 flight and upgraded to a cheese platter which was nice with the wine. You do not get to see any winery, production, vines etc. The website is a bit deceiving on that. That is a little disappointing. Our tasting person told us nothing about the vinegar or the shop. Could you buy anything? You just sit next to the beach and try wines. Just tasting size so you do not have too much wine. it is out of the way so had to grab a taxi from Fira to get here. Made it quite an expensive expedition.

We didn’t book and walked from Kamari which took 30 minutes. They gave us lovely table and we sampled 4 wines with snacks. We then chose our favourite and had a full glass & more snacks. It was very nice wine & a lovely way to spent a bit of time by the sea. It was 46 euros in total. If you are a big party I recommend booking.

Lovely location in front of the beach, perfect to relax under the shadow of a tree. The wines are nice and particular, I loved the Vin Santo. The tasting is definitely good value for money, I would highly recommend to choose Gaia Winery for your tasting experience.

A lovely scenic view of the sea; under the shade of a huge tree so not too hot! Wide selection of wines with interesting info to go along with each. My dad and I did the x8 wine experience - very reasonable price and it didn’t feel rushed or pushy. Some tasty snacks provided too as a bonus!

Beautiful location, the staff had great knowledge of the wines and excellent value for money. We tried eight different wines - all delicious. Left with three bottles as significantly cheaper to buy there than in some of the local shops. Would highly recommend a visit if you’re a wine lover.

We loved our wine tasting experience at Gaia Wines. Set directly on the sea front, an amazing host guided us through tasting 6-8 wines sharing the wineries interesting history. If you’re looking for a personal, relaxing and interesting wine tasting, we can’t recommend this experience enough!

The view of the winery is beautiful. On entrance there is a quaint tasting room with a gorgeous Greek feel to it. The wine selection was pristine and the staff are all so friendly. The food was beautifully presented and tasted gorgeous. Our wine expert Konna is a credit to your team, made is feel so welcome, friendly and treated us as individuals, not just customers. Konna made the day in the end, catered to all of our needs and was very professional

We walked from our hotel in Kamari it took 35 mins. What a lovely place, very chilled. Lots of information about the wine. We did the tasting with the 8 wines for 18€. I rang up and booked the day before, and the lady was very helpful. Highly recommend, will definitely go again!
