During the Southern Song period the Kong (Confucius's surname) family fled from Shandong province to Quzhou and established a temple. Since this was a thousand years ago, only the site is original: everything else is a restoration. In my opinion, the Quzhou City Museum next door is worth your time but not the Confucian Temple.
