This beautiful square glistens in the sunlight as the stone has been polished smooth. The ensemble of buildings creates a harmonious balance. Morning light is great for photos.

Less than one hour drive from Beirut the village is worth the trip out. Lovely old square with restaurant for lunch and souvenir shops in needed. Explore the surrounding streets to the square while you are there as well as the beautifully restored Christian church, municipal building (Turkish Architecture) and old Emir palace. Great panoramic views and fresh air.

The square is a plain area with a few vendors and statue, but the surrounding streets with beautiful houses and scenery, cobble stone streets, beautiful historical church, and blooming flowers are a sight to see.

The main Deir al Qamar squarre with beautiful view on the most authentic palaces and buildings of the ancient Princes' City.

One car easily park is car on one border side of the road and have a walk by every monument where some are free for entrance and others have charges that do not exceed 10$ per person.

This small town is definitely worth a stop. There are a lot of restaurants to have a meal and plenty to explore. The main square is attractive and there are windy streets up the hill to visit the synagogue. The churches and mosque are also worth visiting.

On our way to Moussa castle, we passed by this square, it wasn’t full of things but it is a beautiful scenery itself! There were some people selling some souvenirs & a museum that we didn’t have a chance to visit due to some limited time, but it was really nice passing by & having some photos there .. the nature’s beauty there is marvelous
