I was there in Winter and while on the day the castle itself was closed it was still worth while having a look as the scenery overlooking a steep cliff and valley is quite impressive.

We visited this Mini Castle Offseason and it was still a magical place. The staff very friendly staff and we are able to take our little dogs on the inner grounds. (not in the Castle) The views are spectacular, breathtaking. Cheap entrance fee too. Well...More

We had to travel down a lot of two-lane roads to get to the Castle from Austria; but the drive was worth it. It's a fairy tale setting high up on the hill. The castle overlooks a beautiful valley below. There is a good-sized parking...More

This castle seems to be straight out of a fairy tale. Just imagine Rapunzel letting her hair down from this castle. We visited this castle and Hohenzollern on a day when were traveling from Tuebingen to Fussen. This castle is 45 minutes from Tuebingen and...More

This was one of the most amazing sites I’ve ever seen in my life. It was breathtaking and everyone should see it at least once in their life.

Having been here a few times before, unique small castle set on a rock. Very photogenic and on a clear day perfect place to visit. If your are at the outlet shops, it’s not that far a drive to visit.

I've been to many castles in Germany and in my opinion, though small, it is beautifully decorated. It's easier to go there if you drive than use public transport. But it's doable if you don't have a car available. The bus 7645 goes there directly...More
