Visited the church recently and found it very interesting indeed. Much of the building was added at later dates and there was plenty of amusing things for children to find. Well worth a visit.

St Mary's is the Parish church, I am a frequent visitor. It is extremely beautiful building together with excellent surroundings. I attend various functions there and sometimes just pop inside for quiet reflection. It is a must for anyone visiting Hitchin.
