Inexpensive day trip - $6 per person. You are able to climb the lighthouse but its a spiral stairwell with over 200 steps! There are displays of 1900's housing and artifacts. Nice place to visit. Total time to visit is about 2 hours.

Beautiful views and interesting history. We climbed it in July, and were thankful for the breeze when we reached the top. Definitely worth it.

If you ever wanted to know about lighthouses and how they were maintained, a visit here will provide a very unique glimpse behind the scene. Plus the view from the top of the lighthouse is absolutely stunning.

Always fun and full of history! Our kids love it and kept asking to go back. Our first visit was 4 years ago and it never gets old.

We had a great time exploring the original buildings and climbing the stairs to the top of the lighthouse. Friendly staff. Air conditioning in the museum buildings. Loved our visit!
