The beach has lots of rocks on it but these are useful for holding down your towels as there are no sunbeds or brollies. The KALOFEGO taverna has really lovely food.

You've got a simple line of beaches along this coast, all quite similar. This is the most distant and probably the biggest. Windy when we were there with a very busy taverna (and another we didn't visit). Ok beach and sea, as the others are....More

Get there early to bag a good spot, it does get busy in season. Easiest way to get there is on the boat. No shade so bring a beach tent or umbrella.

One of the main beaches of the island that someone should visit while in koufonissia. I think it is the longest beach of the island and can find a spot to put your umbrella and enjoy the beautiful and crystal clear waters

By foot it's all near by walking distance or you can try the taxi boat (5€) or even the very cheap bus(1,50€).
