This is one of my favorite spots to take time to see the beauty of Colorado. We have many times taken out of town/state guests to see this viewpoint. Only a very few moments from our home. Like to think back in time to when...More

The bluffs regional park is a great nature trail in the middle of Highlands Ranch/Lone Tree. You start off with an incline that will give your legs a good workout and then a good balance of up and down the rest of the way. This...More

It's 2.7 miles loop is a good exercise. In morning or evening, its always enjoyable. Not so sure about the afternoon though. Starting loop in either directions is good but carry water if you are going for the first time. There are no water fountains...More

I use to live in Lone Tree by the Bluffs. The trails are beautiful. Lots of wildlife and landscape. Beautiful views also. Great to take walks alone or with friends and family. Be sure to bring your camera and binoculars.

Great hike - trail is nice and wide. Its not real long but there are little trails you can take to make it a longer hike. One weird thing, though, on one of the offshoot trails to the south, there is a fenced-iin area that...More

And the views are great. The trails are laid out so it’s easy to have a short walk or stretch it out easily to 5 or more miles. The “loop” trail is about 3 miles if you also go out to the 2 overlooks. The...More

This is a wonderful 2 mile hike with awesome views. Be careful about the weather, there is no shade on the entire trail and it can be very hot. I was very disappointed to see so much dog poop along the trail. People, please celan...More

I used to live in this area 10 years ago when there were far less houses and zero retail developments. So this last week when I visited Denver I decided to run this trail like old times. I was shocked at how everything has been...More
