We had a few hours to kill before flying back. Pretty beach though not great for swimming. A couple of restaurants serving Caribbean food. Just go and see Marcus (the sun lounger man) and he will look after you

Nice shaded areas, nice long but thin beach. Some days there were algaes washing ashore but not on all the length of the beach. Not too crowded, spent long hours reading, enjoying the view on Maria island and watching kite surfers. The Reefs restaurant was near for drinks and food.

I enjoyed that long beach, not crowdy on weekdays. The sand us fine and it is clean and windy. We can swim and kite surf at the same place! One of the best beach St-Lucia !

A lovely beach but there is quite a lot of seaweed about. The hotel management however, do a good job of clearing it regularly every day and it didn’t make any difference to the enjoyment of the beach at all.

We chose this excursion as part of our cruise of the West Indies. All my wife and I could say is it extraordinarily beautiful...and isolated. It is situated at the end of the bay. Words cannot describe the beauty of the silky beach.

We stayed at Reduit Beach which we found to be the best beach on the island. Sandy Beach was also very pretty and a nice stop while at this part of the island.

We had a nice little walk here as our resort hotel was just down the beach from here. Scroll was nice. There is still the problem of seaweed on this side of the island though, but if you know about it, and accept it, it's not to bad.

The was one of our wonderful get aways, sometimes you just need the feel of the ocean. We had a great time in the sand and water, never too cold to get in and enjoy it.

If you don’t have a room at the resort you have two options. Prepay $50 per adult to drive your vehicle down to the shuttle lot or pay $10 to park up top and walk down a steep road for 30 minutes. The prepaid money is good for food and drinks with were the best we had on the island. Once on the beach, renting the nice chairs under the thatch huts is $50 per chair and that can not be used for a food credit. Water and reef was excellent. On our first visit, my niece stepped on a lion fish. This resulted in a half day stay in the hospital and days of a swollen leg and ankle and the most severe pain she had ever experienced. Despite that, she couldn’t wait to get back and we returned two days later so she could snorkel again. Definitely the best reef on the island and a very helpful, supportive staff. Warning: we found two more lion fish the next day which the staff removed via spear gun. Wear water shoes!!!!
