Visited with my husband and my 2 years old daughter, this place is not attractive for kids. For me it was interesting to see that old time in the Netherlands . But there were not demonstrators or demonstrations like in other sort of those museums...More

We came with Dutch relatives and they were helpful with translation, as we weren't able to ask questions to the volunteers who spoke Dutch. You will need to devote 3-4 hours to see everything, very interesting to see how things works hundreds of years ago....More

This museum is amazing. Looking at the traditional Dutch life. The buildings are so lovely. Would recommend it!!!

This was a great insight into early farming life in the Netherland. There was a moving diarama of the early years as well as a number of old buildings including a farm house with bedstead which shows people slep sitting up.
