lovely place for a wander

not a great deal there apart from several boutiques but the setting is lovely and makes for a lovely walk. it is literally next to the sea and the fish are abundant to see!

We have been here several time. Lovely to have lunch or dinner and walk round the marina full of boats. The market is also good with lots of crafts.

Lots to do, see and eat/drink in and around the marina particularly on market day (Wednesday and Saturday). Easily spend at least half a day here in these beautiful surroundings.

It was about a 3km walk along the promenade from our hotel to reach the Marina where you had a choice of lovely places to eat or have a coffee or ice-cream. It is very pleasant to dander around.

We have walked to the Rubicon Marina many times from the different hotels we have stayed in. There is always something of interest to see, even on the non-market days. The markets on Wednesday and Saturday are always very busy, with many and varied stalls. We usually take some bread to feed the fish - the ones in the top... More

The marina is an attractive area to sit and have a drink in one of the restaurants and people watch. The market on Weds and Saturdays is worth a visit, go early, as it gets very crowded in the narrow walk ways later on. The prices in the market have gone up considerably in the past year. Lovely walk from... More

Walked to the marina twice. Once on a cloudy day. Nice setting with good restaurants. Lots of boats and nice wooden walk ways. Looking at the many fish in the water. Also went on market day. That had lots of stalls and was busy and nicely spread out. Well worth a visit during the day and at night.

A walk of about 15 minutes down the board walk from Playa Blanca brings a large increase in the quality of both shops and restaurants. The markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays are crowded and can be a little tacky but are still worth a look

A lovely marina with lots of top restaurants, cafes etc, the walkways around the marina are brilliant and seeing all the big fish in the water swimming around is a nice sight. Well recommended if you are staying in Playa blanca. Also a brilliant time to go is a Wednesday as they have the market on with lots and lots... More
