We had a day pass booked here and after walking mount John in the morning the hot pools were a definate. While small in stature the pools were lovely, helpful staff and well kept. It is clear this place works well and probably better as a winter resort but the water slides would be entertaining no doubt in place of... More

We enjoyed the hot pools, there's about four different ones with different temperatures which were good? A couple with nice views. We thought paying $25 extra just to use the one slide was over the top though.

This is a lovely set up, with 5 pools of differing temperatures. They were clean & well maintained. The staff were attentive & pleasant. I don't really have anything bad to say about it. We had a swim after climbing to Mount John, so enjoyed a relaxing float around.

I was here last year with my family and we all loved it. The hot spring was lovely especially after you've done the snow tubing. The hot pools were pretty crowded when we were there so we didn't stay very long but it was a nice experience. We would definitely visit Tekapo Springs again next time we are in Lake... More

Yep, they aren't thermal, sure they are very nice, clean and refreshing. I found the $25 entry fee a little too step. This fee includes a day return pass, but if your just passing thru and feel like a swim then there is no option but to pay the $25. Perhaps they should look at just a single entry price... More

I was a bit wary coming here because I'm a winter Wellington sea swimmer and I'm not used to hot pools. Still I found the coolest of all the pools and did laps for half an hour. I felt so guilty, indulging myself in warm water - still, It was nice. Had to keep muttering over and over to myself... More

Great value for money. Lovely clean pools. Great view. This venue has pools of different temperatures, the hottest being 42 degrees and the coolest being 29 degrees. We loved it!

These are not natural spring pools but man made. Good if you have children but expensive for what is in the end just hot swimming pools

The pools were very clean and it looked absolutely safe as there were a lot of lifeguards around. There are 5 different pools that get hotter the higher up you go. The whole facility looks charming and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It’s a good place to relax, especially if you’re a couple. The warmest of the hot pools on... More

The pools are a lovely way to fill in a weekend with friends. Great to just sit in the warm water & chat away to friends & strangers. A great way to meet people face to face. The swimming suit spinner in the changing rooms is great to get the excess water out of your togs.
