    A fitting tribute to a couragous soldier

    It was easy to miss this almost life size statue, and so we returned the next day to find it. Colonel Malone was a couageous officer and those who have been to Gallipoli will know the story. Definitely worth seeing

    Good food great service

    We arrived late but they were able to offer us a good range of food and the service was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend

    The colonel

    This is a great statue of Colonel Malones. If you know the history behind the man it is well worth the visit. You can also check out the local restaurant that is named after him.

    Sweet statue

    Cool bronze statue of colonel malone a NZ war hero. Definitely check out if you like your history and you can go have a meal down the road at the local restaurant also named after colonel malone.
