We stumbled upon this place while looking for an activity from Brisabne. I wasn't expecting it to be a man made "cave" however really impressed with the effort to re populate the species. I have seen glow worms in the Natural Bridge and Wytomo and...More

It’s all fake (man-made) - the cave AND the forest. It was overpriced, boring and very repetitive. Don’t come here if you don’t like wasting your time.More

It's unfortunate you did not enjoy your experience, we are quite proud of our re-vegetated forest as we have worked very hard to replant an area previously devastated by deforestation. We are also quite proud of our artificial cave- as it was constructed with significant...More

Educational experience with knowledgeable guides. A great venue for tourists, wine connoisseurs, picnicers or those looking for a wedding venue. Keep your eyes open for the wildlife.

We stumbled on the Glow worm Cave on a recent trip to the beautiful Tambourine mountain, it was really very interesting to learn about glow worms, and to see them, our guide was pleasant and knowledgable.

An interesting outing. I would not "rave" about it. It was just ok for us. The surroundings are lovely in Autumn. We sat near the lake, and my daughter (3.5 at the time) collected Autumn leaves. The cave itself is man-made. So if you want...More

Even though it's a man made cave it is interesting to know it was actually built to help these creatures multiply since Australia and NZ are the only places in the world with glow worm population. Well done and very interesting and informative.

We are pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the guide is and having a sense of humour and a loud voice did help with making the commentary exciting and easily understood. The half an hour tour passed by too quickly. After the tour there was a...More

it's totally safe. We watched a short video and spent about 30min in the cave. The guide was attentive and helpful, so not to worry. Not flash light though 😉
