I really wish I read the detailed reviews before taking the 2.5 hour drive with 7 people including a 6 year old. I read their site and no where did it say you had to be there at 6am for a chance to get tickets!...More

I went there with a family of 7 in June 2017. Ages ranging from 2 to 78 years old. Parking is next to the ferry. We parked on a dusty roadside on the left (free parking). Not sure about regular parking lot on the right....More

Im not sure if you can rent a boat to sail by your own, but there near the ferry is people with their own boats that will take you there for like $10 round trip. Don't know about the legal part.
