On the original Cartway road from Low town to High town. The road itself is historic. The Black Boy is the last public house of the original similar pubs. Great old pictures and a fire that dates back centuries. Good beer and friendly service too.

Called in for a quick drink on Saturday night. Quite busy, no ales that the other half liked, so he settled for a lager. Nice bar, friendly staff.
