Called here one lunchtime whilst on a weeks holiday. Food and beer of very good quality. Came back a couple of times for a beer or two. On all occasions we were made to feel welcome.

Arrived a bit fraught after negotiating the tiny roads into Cawsand, but a speedy gin & tonic in this friendly pub, swiftly followed by lunch, sorted us right out. Young, friendly, staff. Dog friendly with biscuits coming from behind the bar.

Busy pub ,but food is plentiful and delicious. The specials menu chalk board is well worth a look as the dishes we selected from there during our stay were delicious.

The Cross Keys is an OK pub, food i would rate the food as average pub fair, nothing special. There is a reasonable selection of drink if a little limited. The service was fine.

We visited this pub last year and had great food and experienced great service. I'm sad to say our return visit this year wasn't as good as we'd hoped. There was no Sunday roast option on a Sunday (surely a must for any traditional English...More
