Small lakes with very warm water, and deck and step access provided. People bath in these pools and smear the mud from the bottom over their bodies. The mud is reportedly excellent for damaged skin and for arthritic pain

We were recommended by a friend to try these mud treatments, and we are so glad we did! There are plenty of jetties into the lakes but also containers full of mud if you don't fancy getting too wet. It's a bit stinky, but it's...More

Fabulous place. Great family fun. We were there as a family ranging from almost four to 63 and we all enjoyed the mud. Try it!

My wife enjoyed this experience - coating herself with the mud from the lake bed and then washing it off after it had dried.

We found the mud flats by accident whilst exploring the area, as a family of 5 ranging from 7 to 60 we had great fun, water is lovely and warm with the best softer mud being found around the edges of the baths. Some gritty...More

The mud is many degrees above the water temperature even in winter. Supposed to have healing problems. Best laugh is to see teenagers covering themselves from head to foot and you think - poor kids having aches and pains at their age. Note that the...More

Not to be missed. This is fun, brilliant for the skin and free. Fantastic. Fill a bucket with mud and thinly smear it all over the body. Wait for 20 minutes the wash it off. The skin feels smooth and soft.

What a fantasic experience. We felt fully invigorated when we was done. You go into the salt enriched waters to get the therapeutic mud from the sea bed(would suggest watching for 30 minutes as the experts know where the soft mud is). Smear it all...More
