Just a short risde from the tower, the marina area is spectacular for the vistas. You look accros the water to the magnificient mountains. In February, snow covered. Neat little village.

There's no much there to make you want to spend any time in the town. The beach is steep and stony and the river silt makes the water unappealing. It is worth seeing the fishing nets and their is a nice church.

We spent half a day in Marina di Pisa. The beach is roack and not one uses it. the marina is pretty and there are plenty of mid-priced restaurants with good food.
