The site of the gardens is beautiful. But it’s a park, not a botanic gardens! No signage, no tree names, zero attempt to educate. CFA1000 entry, a further CFA2000 if you want to take pictures (even on your phone). How about telling the story of...More

We stopped in Limbe with a cruise group. Very well maintained botanical garden with good staff. After first visit - returned for a cultural show at the garden. Very nice.

Our guide, Adolf, was very informative, told us all about this fertile garden, where they preserve plant and tree species that have medicinal or other qualities. It is a beautiful place - bring long pants and bug spray.

We loved walking through the gardens at this sanctuary for fauna . There are amazing century aged trees and buildings. We enjoyed getting of the path and walking by the river where we found manificiant trees.

Very well laid out, with lots of different plants, a natural amphitheatre. Highlight was visiting the British War Graves there.
