Then walk the boardwalk stairs down to the town .
We travelled in summer, with exceptional weather.
Along the fiord there are many waterfalls.

The Geiranger Hop on off bus tour was poor value for money. If your reasonable able bodied I would suggest just getting a drink and doing the 30 + minute walk up the hill.
