I must say I wouldn't go without a "gastein carte" that was giving a 50%discount for the first entrance (than the price was 9,5 Euro) Still a lot but seems resonable for what you get. Pools are nice, some have entrance to outside. Sauna comlex...More

After looking at Alpen Therme's website, we couldn't wait to experience the 32 000 sqm wellness centre, but after visiting were left feeling pretty disappointed with the whole experience. Once you take out a small loan for your entry fee from the confusing array of...More

Was there with my girlfriend and we enjoyed all four hours of being there. The sauna part was the best with many different saunas for every ones taste. Be prepared that it’s naked people in the sauna section.

We had no place to sit during our stay on Sunday They allow babies with diapers to stay in the jacuzzi. The only sufficient warm water in Alpentherme is actually the dirty jacuzzi while the outdoor pool was not warm enough in a snowy day....More

I have been in the Alpentherme 5 times. Each time I was welcomed by a very rude and abrupt receptionist. Customer care level is very close to zero. A single sauna attendant (in charge for over 10 saunas and steam rooms) leaves very slippery floors...More

Well, it’s the second thermes that we have visited in Europe. It is a great building with big pools (for children, outside and in relax zone). I was especially shocked of slides. The wide one is normal. It’s slow, colourful and fun, so you can...More
