There's no fun in seeing water fall from afar . The bridge needs to be repaired as well. It's a peaceful place bit requires some repair . Inspire of dustbins being provided at evey step , people have littered around .

Abbey Falls is one of the major places to visit in Coorg. Best time to visit is during the monsoon. The falls is of small height.

Lovely place to visit,Even with children.but location on google maps is incorrect.Search for abbey falls car parking instead.its only 8 kms from coorg.enjoy

it is little far from the motor way. approximately 25 minutes walking distance. raining season you may enjoy more.

Nice place to visit,one has to wall down for app one km to reach the falls, way to the water fall is very safe .

You will not be able to wet you legs even in this falls. You can have a great view though. Around 250 - 300 steps down you need to walk to reach this falls.

It is a must see place in Madikeri out of a very few places of tourist interest.Only the property where we stayed was really good.

You have to go on foot to view this fall. It is down the hill but natural preserve has a limitation for motorised vehicles. Best place to spend some time and enjoy surroundings with sounds

There is another falls in South Coorg called Irpu falls there you can take holy Bath

For best waterflow you should visit there after mansoon but it is somewhat risky because roads are slippery

The climb up is quite steep for Senior Citizens. Also due to monsoons the concrete path can be a bit slippery. Walking shoes are recommended
