This might be interesting if one read Chinese but in that I can't it really was a waste of time. Plus the wine is really very poor.

I suppose it is a museum, rather than a wine estate, so viewing artifacts rather than wine making is understandable. Personally I would prefer more of a wine tour than a history lesson. The museum and information are very interesting, but other than the walk...More

Rated as one of the must do's in Yantai. The attraction was being the earliest winery in China set up in the Qing dynasty. The museum highlighted the history and some historical artifacts. The tour included the cellar where it is still used to age...More

The place is nice, is very interesting, explains a lot the making wine process and the current state of the market of chinese wine. Just two hours is enough.

Worth your time if you have an afternoon to spare. Plan on eating lunch in the area since there are many choices. Some souvenirs available

so much history. my friends and i loved it. you get to sample white and red wine.you can see the old wine cellar which was my favorite part.
