I got up at 6.30am and jogged up to Conical Hill one sunny morning in Summer. It would take an average person about 15-20 minutes. Nice and rewarding scenery from the top. Suits all fitness levels.

Nice walk to take at a leisurely pace. All up hill so you dont want to be in a hurry if you have young children or older adults. Views at the top are worth the walk.

Not a very long walk with rewarding views. Not many people on the track meaning we had the look out all to ourselves. Definitely a must do when travelling to Hanmer.

We walked our 2,4 &8 years old kids up here. They loved it! Wide tracks with a reasonable gradient . Kids loved the view from the tops. Good way to burn up some energy

This view is breathtaking. It can be hiked in about an hour round trip, but we took it as a leisurely stroll for an wonderful afternoon. The first hundred meters or so are quite steep, but after that it switchbacks until the top, so it's...More

Fairly easy walk to the top. Lovely surroundings and great scenery, bit a long the way and beautiful views from the top. Toadstools everywhere - just a shame people before us felt the need to destroy most of them. Well worth it.
