A very good lookout over the valley with superb views (on a clear day) to the mountains all around. A nice little shelter at the top offers a rest before the descent.

A great way to end our time at Hanmer. This place is worth the walk, about 20 mins up and back and an hour admiring the view. Hanmer doesn't disappoint.

Close to town and an easy walk up and down. Just head through town and it is right in front of you heading up the main street past the Heritage Hotel
