Girraween National Park offers a variety of walks for campers and day excursions to the Granite Belt. The walking pathways are well maintained and well signed so visitors have plenty of information available to make informed decisions about which walks to take.

I visited this NP for the first time with friends. With a multitude of great hikes, from easy to the serious hiker or rock climber. Will definitely be back.

We climbed the pyramid in the most extreme wind I have ever experienced. I highly recommend wearing shoes with extremely good grip. Some parts of the climb can induce panic attacks but my goodness it was worth it - even just to accomplish it!

Very much a scramble at the end although the views on a clear day are rewarding. Take your time going down, we all had a few slips and stumbles and it was still daylight!

The hot water in the showers are set on a 3 minute timer then cut out. There is no hot water in the wash up area, just cold. Hope this helps.
