This is an amazing resort. The cave trip is really good, both for adults and children. The caves are very good (we've been to quite a lot of caves and mines) with good pathways. We've always found the guide and information clear and interesting. Whenever we are in somerset we always visit the caves. Plus - the cheese that is... More

Arrived early thinking we'd be able to get tickets at least half before first tour but ticket booth only opened 10 mins before which meant a quick hike to make the 10am tour. Ticket seller helpful and not at all confused with Blue Peter badge and Tesco vouchers! Great tour guide and fab to see the new cave. 4D film... More

Usually visit Wookey Hole once a year and have done for the last eight years or so. Always a great day out. The caves are stunning and so wonderful to visit the new cave this year. Also really enjoyed the introduction of the new 4d cinema. We shall see you next year!

The 3 kids loved our trip to the Wookey Hole. It was a real adventure for them as they hadn't seen caves before and there was a lot to see... Underground lake, cheese being stored there, etc. we loved the link to the Indiana Jones Movie - I think it would be great to have extra attractions or extra features... More

As it was the 6 weeks holidays, we thought we'd taken the kids for a day trip! The cave tour, we felt, was very rushed and wasn't as fab as it use to be. Back in the day, they use to tell quite a bit of the witch story, using a light effect of a green witch flying around the... More

We had a package deal to Wookey Hole Caves and all of the attractions, and it didn't disappoint. Some of the attractions were weaker than others, but we all enjoyed the caves, 4-D cinema, Sci-fi circus, mirror maze and pirates crazy golf. Agree with other reviewers that there should be a main "theme" to the park, but overall enough good... More

Natural England designates the Wookey Hole caves to be of special scientific interest and we were looking forward to seeing them. Unfortunately, despite their special status - and their high prominence in the advertisements - you can’t see them on their own. Instead you must purchase a ticket to a package of ‘attractions’, of which the caves is just one... More

The tour was informative and fun. Although me and my boyfriend like to linger looking and taking photos and there wasn't much of a chance of doing so, but this is the same with any cave tour so we expected it! Aside from the caves there is the 4D cinema which is absolutely fab! And also the circus show, you... More
