This point offers an amazing scenic view and you don't want to miss it during Monsoon when you will see the lush green hills surrounding the valley. Weekends during peak season not recommended due to heavy rush .

Nice Views of valley from here. No parking charges required to park your vehicle. Can enjoy horse rides here. Be careful from monkeys here. Do not keep anything eatable In Hand. Also take care of your DSLR's.

Its like an elephants head and as a guide pointed out, also looks like a needle. This place got a "wow" out of my mouth instantly. To me, this is probably the best of mahabaleshwar. From here you can see a river down. and a dam. Once you reach close to the head of the elephant, which is also known... More

Elephant point or Yates point is a must see if you are visiting Mahabaleshwar. In sight you get to see a line of mountains and a river flowing below that make it spectacular. Best time to visit this place is in December during winter at sunset.

The speciality is that until we reach a certain place we cannot even realize that... More

the place needs improvements. Horse rides at this place should be immediately stopped as they disturb the tourists and the beauty of the spot. approach road needs to be widened.
