Bhilar is located near near Panchgani on Wai - Mahabaleshwar road. Around 15,000 Marathi booked are available for reading in 25 houses. Books are maintained in very well condition. Nice initiative from Maharashtra government and good support from Bhilar villagers.

A neat and clean village, has many book libraries. We could not see any from the inside. Probably, one needs to contact them in advance.
