One of the oldest planetariums still in use. The knowledge gained by vising the place is really priceless and valuable. Must visit place if visiting Porbandar.

This is planetarium which was built by donation received from nanjibhai. Its give vast and in detail explanation of Universe with movie also.

Tara Mandir is not actually a mandir or a temple as the name suggests. It is actually a planetarium. It is one of the oldest planetariums in the country and is one of the major attractions in Porbander and worth a visit for any tourists.

tara mandir temple s name derives the temple related to planetarium. it gives basic info about moon, star , and other planet by projector on big screen. good for children to get knowlegde about our solar planetary.
