Friendly and helpful stafff. Good shop and facilities. Rooms well labelled and furnished so that the visitor learnt a great deal about the property.

Very authentic Elizabethan house, which featured in a couple of Dickens novels, certainly worth a visit. quite recently re-opened, so will be interesting to see it develop; hopefully with a few more Dickens artifacts over time.

Good restoration of this Elizabethan House. Wandered around on my own so could take my own time. Interesting facts and displays. Lovely renovation. Will be all the better when Dicken's chalet included in the visit.
