We happened, almost accidentally, upon Poggio Antico during our trip to Tuscany and it ended up being one of the best outings during our entire trip. The estate is beautiful and the people there are the nicest I have ever met. We continue to stay in touch with them upon our return to the States. Not to mention the wine!... More

As I am in the wine trade, my view is kind of biased. Even though the house style of wine is much lighter than most Brunellos, the place is beautiful. The tour is fascinating, and the wines delicious.

As part of our dragonfly 6 person guided tour we had a tour and wine tasting. Beautiful family owned farm both grapes and olives. Beautiful overview of the property, tour of production and tasting.A view of the Mediterranean can be seen from The wines and oils are good but we did not liberate any for travel to the US Recommended

We signed up for the 4-wine tasting with the tour of the winery. If you are looking for an old-style, musty winery, this is not the place for you. This winery is very much a technologically advance and immaculately kept one. The young lady who guided our tour was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. However, the highlight was... It may well be that we were a little tipsy after a late lunch at the nearby Boccon Di Vino. Or that it was just an extraordinarily beautiful August day close to the end of our week in Tuscany. But it is equally true we had faced a good few Tuscan winery tours by that afternoon and had tasted a... More

Starting with their spectacular view, we could see the Mediterranean Sea and a lot of the beautiful countryside and vineyards from their hill top location. Naomi treated us to a great tour and then a tasting of their wonderful wines. All primarily Sangiovese or super Tuscan, they are fabuloulous wines from the region. We would suggest this experience and then... More

We received a tour and tasting from the knowledgable, down-to-earth, and sweet Serena who took us through the entire process from grape to glass. Of course, that wouldn't matter much if the wine weren't up to par. Fortunately, the Brunellos were excellent -- so much so that we had a case shipped back to California. Thank you to everyone at... We spent a very pleasant few hours @ Poggio Antico early last week (10/18/16). Had a wonderful lunch and then went over to taste some great Brunello's and Super Tuscans. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us put together a nice order to have shipped home. Received our order within a week which is probably a record... More

My wife and I did an afternoon tour of the winery (had reservations). Fun to see and hear about their location and wine making process. Wine tasting of their Rosso and Brunello afterwards in their cozy tasting room. We finished the day with an evening dinner out on their patio off the back of the restaurant. The scenery around the... my wife and I visited Poggio Antico Vineyards in June and loved their wines. We wanted to have our wine shipped after we got home to the U.S. and have them the date. Our wine arrived a few days after our return. Just ordered another case and they email and update you during the process. Very personal and special customer... More
