Tuscan cooking school - a must do! Lesley the owner was gracious and charming and designed a custom meal that we selected We made La Ribollita (bean soup), homemade ravioli, filleto incrosta sformatino and torta Della Nonna. Our main chef, Lisanna, was patient and did not just demonstrate but showed us how and then made us do it, all the... More

Planning this cooking course as a surprise for my girlfriend, Lesley was very cooperative and responsive when deciding om the menu. This raised my expectations, which Lesley easily more than met. We prepared some delightful, very tasty dishes. In doing so, Lesley and her assistant kept things interesting for my girlfriend (better than average cook) and me (beginner). Afterwards we... More

Lots of cooking classes are available in Tuscany... I picked this one because I could pick our own menu to learn specific techniques that I'm interested in. And they have small groups - only 4 in our group.

We had a great day cooking our 5 course meal, it can't get any better than being in someone's house with a local preparing the food!! All courses were fantastic but I think our favorite was the onion and goat cheese tart and tiramisu (and we can make at home!). Highly recommended!!

Very charming experience. Lesley and a local cook make the whole class very fun and interesting. All five dishes were very simple but delicious. You finish the class enjoying the dishes with outstanding wines in Lesley's beautiful home. Very satisfied with the dishes, ingredients and wines.

It was a great day, spending time with Lesley and learning how to cook all the delicious meals. After the cooking was finished, we sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed the food, which was paired with the best of wines and just had an amazing time in Lesley's company. This is definitely one of the must-dos while in the... More

My husband and I completed the cooking course with Lesley in her home. It was a lot of fun and Lesley was a pleasure to spend time with chatting as we are our lunch. Wines either lunch were beautifully paired so suggest to upgrade to this option. Hopefully one day we can master the ravioli!

My husband and I participated in a cooking class at Lesley's home with one other couple and had the most fantastic day. Lesley was so wonderful to deal with from my first inquiry through the time she dropped us off at the end of the day. She brought in an Italian cook to teach us that day who was just... More

We spent the day cooking with Leslie. I chose her based on excellent reviews I read prior to visiting. I must say, this was one of the best and most memorable days I've had visiting Italy during my 2 week stay. Leslie is a fantastic host. She welcomed us into her home as we cooked some of the most delicious... More

We were looking for cooking lesson in the heart of Tuscany and this fit the bill perfectly. Lesley was extremely helpful for directions and on tips around the region for after our visit. The venue for cooking is a home kitchen in the Tuscan hills, back and beyond! Truly authentic setting and menu choices straight from an Italian family Sunday... More
