A beautiful garden and Villa well worth a visit. Make sure you sit and watch the short video before going into the villa. It explains about the Italian explorer, Guido Monzino.

The collection of priceless antiques and finds in the house is stunning, The previous owners story is quite fascinating and its well worth paying the 20euros for the private guided tour.

Lovely. The house tour is superb. So interesting. The gardens amazing. You could probably do the place in a couple of hours but you just don't want to leave. Our tour guide was lovely. Take the boat there, it's great to arrive like James Bond...More

We came as part of an included tour. It is €20 each otherwise -although I noticed another review mentioned bringing your National Trust card. This is part of the Italian NT and is billed as their premier attraction- which I can well believe. It is...More

I want to move in. Great views from fantastic gardens, worth the walk up the hill! Surprised there were not more Star Wars buffs trying to get photos, no one seemed to know the spot in question.

We caught the boat from Bellagio to Lenno. It's then a pleasant five minute stroll from the boat to the bottom of the Villa's garden. You then have a choice of two walking routes to the Villa. We chose the easiest route which is still...More

Stopped by here during the Greenway Walk. High entrance fee for what is a pretty small garden on a lovely point on the lake. Very crowded as compared with other area gardens because it is so small. Well-maintained however. Wouldn't come back in spring because...More

What a stunning venue for a wedding. It truly was beautiful. What I will say is that because the villa was closed the public on that day, so was the lift. The walk up is quite steep but there are places to sit and take...More

Very nice villa with guide. We loved the history of the villa and the stunning views. Also nice for the kids if they are star wars fans as episode 2 was partially played there.

it is a pleasant walk from Lenno to the villa although a lot of it is uphill. you can visit the house and Gardens for 20e or 10e for just the gardens that are spectacular. take a camera as the views are amazing.

From the public landing stage take left and walk along the lake side for 500 mt, then you will find the shuttle at the Lido di Lenno. It is a flat walk, there are benches where you can relax. In 5 minutes it's done.
