the location and view is spectacular- even better than expected. would only be made better if we could have entered the curious building.

Tower in good conditions, beautiful walk (lots of stairs, so don't go when it is too hot) and nice spot for taking photos.
The tower is apparently restaurated, but it is not possible to get the keys to enter and go up.

To be honest I am sort of surprised that this place made TripAdvisor because it didn't seem that touristy or a real destination, maybe we just went when it was closed or something but essentially it is just a flight of stairs (something that certainly is not out of place on the Amalfi coast) and then a building on top that you can sort of walk around and get great views of the coast. I mean I gave it 5-stars because the views from anywhere in this area are stunning but it is not like it has a view that is going to be exceptionally different from another place nearby on the coast. So if you are hiking down to the beach/bar at the bottom, I would say sure take the quick side trip however I wouldn't sell it as a must see.

We took this short hike on the day of our departure. The views from the tower were simply amazing. It's a quick 20 minutes if you are short on time, up and back, Enjoy! Breathe the Sea Air!
