Even if this is only viewed from outside at night with no access possible, it is still lovely to see with a nice courtyard and nice lighting.

very ornate and lots of gold, it is roped off so you can't walk around the inside of the church but worth a visit.

This church is located in the center of the New Town in the heart of the city in a spot with lots of food restaurants,cafes,shops exc.

Interesting ancient architecture / ruins in the vicinity of one the gates to the harbour. Night shots are recommended here.

If you visit it on a Sunday morning you have the chance to witness an overwhelming Orthodox service. The chants are absolutely amazing!

Must visit this church, be aware of the dressing code, long pans and decent attire. Close to the place were ones stood the Colossus of Rhodes statue.

It's always open till late night and worths a visit. The wooden temple really impressed me as well as the Epitaph which was still decorated so many months after Easter. It worths your visit after morning coffee at Koukos.

We went in the morning and had the place to ourselves. The church was open and looked great. Beautifull ceiling paintings. The area is surrounded by local shops.

I Have been to Rhodes many times being in this church, Last time it was greek easter.. Lovely traditions inside -and outside the church,with the priests-parade all.. love it.. (and if you visit Koukos the great restaurant opposite, why not see the beautifull church too,...More

Beautiful Church with the most gorgeous chandeliers. Elaborate decoration come in light a candle and have a little contemplation and escape from the hustle and bustle of busy Rhodes town. Close to the harbour.
