Perissa is wonderful

Perissa is very interesting beach with beautiful black sand. Many cafes, taverns and bars on coast. Clean beautiful sea. I will come back sure. 😁

Still a pretty place to visit and see locals getting ready for busy season. They say it starts in May. Unlike Thira and Oia that are already busy. Most of the places are closed. But if you want to miss the crowds it's best to go now. I suggest having a car to go into other towns that are 6-8... More

What more can you ask for? This beach is a little ways off of Fira and Oia so we rented an ATV here, which took approx 30 mins from Fira. Since it's somewhat remote, there aren't that many tourists. It's a beautiful beach with black sand although since it's black, it's SUPER hot so no digging your toes into the... More

Great Restaurants and shops in a nice beach area. Visited the Veggera Hotel & strolled to Tranquilo Bar & Restaurant and then finally made it across the street to Parissa Beach. Its sure is a relaxing area

On the left side of the beach is a mountain which can be climbed easily which gives stunning views! The beach is a kind of black sand as... More

This review is from my trip in May 2015. I can't change the date that far back. Came here by bus to spend the day lounging on the beach, eating great food and do a little shopping. It was a day spent well. We got there around 11am, got haggled by a few beach vendors who want you to lounge... More
