I visited Garten Tulln in June 2015 with my two daughters, ages 4 and 5. We all had a wonderful time. There are many nice flowers and trees to look at, a wonderful path through the woods, a tower you can climb up with a beautiful view (or you can go up the elevator), and an impressively large children's area.... I went there for a one-day trip expecting something like Keukenhof in Holland. But these gardens are quite different. The first part is rather commercial, you can buy bulbs, plants etc. outside as well as inside in the halls and the second part comprises gardens in about 40 different styles. which I found more interesting and inspiring.

Leaving nearby we are here several times a year. It is sowas entertaining and inspiring. Providing ideas for our garden, with a focus on sustainable, environmental friendly measures. Plenty different gardens in different shapes or following certain ideas are Shows and can be seen almost all year round. Kindly Note that during Winter the Garten Tulln is closed. The adjacent... These gardens bring the beauty of nature and the perfect rest for all ages. There is a lot of space for relaxation: chairs, bean bags, hammocks, swings, couches... You should not miss the treetop view from the garden outlook tower, you can use the elevator for free. The garden fountain is next to the restaurant and it performs every hour.... More

The Garten Tulln is now in its 4th year. The plants are developing well, but some areas need some tidying up and weeding. The restaurant is plagued by wasps, so having a drink can be challenging at times

Die Garten Tulln is a collection of gardens over a reasonably sized site in the Wachau town of Tulln. It is extremely well sign-posted and has ample car parking. The parking closest to the gardens had an X next to it when this reviewer arrived but whatever that means it does not mean the parking is unavailable. The gardens themselves... More
