First time here an can say it will be a favorite on our next visit. The trail is much more than just the petroglyphs. You can go and enjoy 3 small waterfalls and if you keep going you will arrive to India Dormida mountain.

So neat to see these ancient drawings! For history lovers, it was a great addition to a day that included a lot of activities ... Our guide was great and told us about them and took pictures of us!

Short hike to the site. It is ancient no doubt. A guide was on hand to describe the etchings (In Spanish). Beware of mosquitoes.

This trip is basically a fee based walk up a trail in the woods to see some ancient markings on a rock. History buffs will enjoy the story behind the markings, but regular people will most likely see it as some version of graffiti rather...More
