Wow. Simply wow! Serene, historic and an amazing view! The entire site is just historic. From the cobble stones, to the canons to the restored building you actually feel the history. Signs are also bi-lingual, adding to your history lesson. The view is just stunning! The entire region of Juan Griego is on display. The sea and fishing port look... More

Might be an interesting spot for history buffs, but I was more interested in the vista. Beautiful views from a high vantage point! Excellent place for panoramas. We stopped here as part of an excursion on the CDF Horizon.

We went there on an excursion with the CDF Horizon and this proved to be the nicest picture taking spot of the day ! The bus leaves you at the top of the hill and there are only a few steps to climb to get to the remains of the fortification (Fortin) . Once there , there is a spot... More

Photo lovers or nature lovers should go to this place. Its altitude and position provides a great view of the bay. The final result is a wonderful sunset. Take care with the time to don't be late.

The fort is well restored, with a couple of cannons and nice walk-arounds. It's a little small, but the view is amazing.

If you want have a great view of Juan Griego and la Galera beach, walk up to the fortin or take a taxi. The view is beautiful. For some dollars, you can also have a kid telling you the history of the site.

Good place to visit for views of the surrounding area. The fort itself is really nothing special, although it has been reconstructed so as to be in quite good condition.
